Candidate Subscriptions

Our services range from complimentary offerings to premium features designed to enhance your job search experience. Premium features, including access to our premium support and unlocking job application links, require a 482 Job Club subscription (“Subscription”).

Subscription Terms and Acknowledgment:

By opting for a Subscription, you:

  • Acknowledge and Agree: You understand that the Subscription is billed in advance on a recurring basis. The details of the subscription period and the specific billing cycle will be communicated to you at the time of subscription enrollment. By proceeding with the Subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this recurring billing arrangement.
  • Authorization of Recurring Charges: You authorize us to charge the payment method you provided for the Subscription fee, along with any applicable taxes and other charges incurred in connection with your use of the Service. This authorization extends to any payment method we have on record for you, in the event of a change or update to your payment details.
  • Clear Notification of Recurring Payment: We will provide clear notification of the subscription terms, including the initial charge date and the frequency of charges, at the time of subscription sign-up and in the email receipt following your subscription confirmation. You confirm that you have read and understood these notifications.
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through the ‘Payment’ menu option under your user profile. Upon cancellation, your Subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for any remaining period of the Subscription term.
  • Responsibility to Cancel: It is your responsibility to cancel your Subscription if you no longer wish to use the premium features. Failure to cancel, regardless of whether the Subscription is used, does not warrant a refund and does not absolve your obligation to pay the Subscription fee.

Chargebacks and Disputes:

  • Communication: If you have any concerns or issues with your Subscription or billing, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly via our Priority Customer Support Form available by CLICKING HERE, before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to addressing and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Acknowledgment of Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback for charges you have authorized by accepting these terms may result in termination of your subscription and a possible ban from our service. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback claims that we believe to be unjustified by presenting evidence of your acceptance and use of our Subscription service.
  • Compensation for Chargeback Fees: In the event of a chargeback that is contested and subsequently overturned in our favor, or if a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to recover the chargeback amount, any chargeback fees, and other costs associated with the chargeback process from you. This may involve charging the payment method on file or seeking reimbursement through other legal means. The specifics of these fees and the process for collection will be communicated to you at the time of the chargeback dispute.

By subscribing to our services, you affirm your understanding and acceptance of these Subscription terms, including the recurring payment obligation and the chargeback policy.

482 Jobs Club Membership

The premium features available through our Service are collectively known as the “482 Jobs Club” membership. This membership provides exclusive access to premium support forums, unlocking of job application links, and other value-added services designed to enhance your job search and application process.

Membership Terms and Conditions:

By enrolling in the 482 Jobs Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Subscription-Based Membership: Unless you are taking out our one off, 24 hour plan. Membership in the 482 Jobs Club is subscription-based. By opting into this membership, you agree to a recurring billing cycle as detailed at the time of your subscription sign-up. The specific benefits, services, and features included in the 482 Jobs Club membership are subject to change, but members will always be notified of any significant changes to their subscription service.
  • Acknowledgment and Authorization: As part of the 482 Jobs Club, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the “Candidate Subscriptions” section, including but not limited to, authorization of recurring charges, the cancellation policy, and the chargeback and disputes policy. Your membership in the 482 Jobs Club confirms your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
  • Benefits of Membership: Members of the 482 Jobs Club enjoy priority access to job listings, exclusive content, and support designed to facilitate the job search process, particularly for those seeking positions with Australian visa sponsorship.   • Changes to Membership: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, add, or remove any of the benefits associated with the 482 Jobs Club membership. Members will be notified of any changes that significantly affect the value of the membership.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Membership in the 482 Jobs Club can be cancelled at any time through the ‘Payment’ menu option under your user profile. The terms regarding cancellation and refunds as stated in the “Candidate Subscriptions” section apply to 482 Jobs Club members.

By becoming a member of the 482 Jobs Club, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, along with the overarching Terms of Service of the 482jobs.com website. Your continued membership signifies your agreement to be bound by these terms, including any future amendments.

Recruiter / Employer Job Postings

When you create a 482 Jobs account, a Company Profile page or post job listings advertising employment opportunities and other job-related contents, including links to third-party websites (“Job Listings” or “Job Ads”) on our site, you agree that this Agreement, the terms associated with any 482 Jobs service you are using, and all of 482 Jobs policies, including our Privacy Policy apply to you.

As an Employer, your Employer account is for business use and not for personal use. 482 Jobs is not responsible for and disclaims all liability if your email is used improperly or falsely by a third party.

If your 482 Job employer account has a credit card on file to pay for one of our products or service, 482 Jobs may charge that card for any additional products or services you order. We will seek your permission to do this prior to authorising payment. Where payment is by way of a monthly Subscription. This authorisation will be sought prior to deducting the initial Subscription payment. Subsequent subscription payments will be deducted at the defined subscription period until the Subscription is cancelled which you can do at any time through the ‘Purchases’ menu Option under your user profile

You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless 482 Jobs, its agents, affiliates, and licensors from any third-party claim or liability (including without limitation reasonable legal fees) arising out of any Company Page created or claimed by you, or any Job Listing posted by you or communications or screener questions (or answers thereto) posted by you or any message sent by you (including any questions for Job Seekers).


Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the content posted on 482jobs.com which will be stored in line with the terms of our Privacy Policy

Jobs and Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by 482jobs.com. While we endeavor to provide links to job opportunities that are current and relevant, 482Jobs.com has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We provide these links in good faith and for general information purposes only.

Please be aware that job listings shared on our site, especially those offering Australian sponsorship, are subject to changes outside of our control, including but not limited to, the closure or filling of the position by the external employer. We strive to ensure the accuracy and availability of all jobs posted; however, we cannot guarantee that all jobs will remain open and available at the time of your application. By using our Service, you acknowledge that 482Jobs.com takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, any discrepancies or changes in the job status, nor for any actions taken by external websites or employers.
