Australian Regional Occupations List (ROL)
The Australian Regional Occupations List (ROL) is aimed at addressing the needs of regional Australia.
The ROL includes a set of skilled occupations determined by the Australian Department of Employment. Along with the MLTSSL, the ROL defines the occupations available for sponsorship on a Subclass 187 Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS Visa) as well as the 482/TSS Visa.
To be eligible under the ROL, you will need to be nominated by an Australian employer in regional Australia. Thankfully even the majority of the major capital cities in Australia are considered ‘Regional’.
