About Your Role
The position is a key leadership role in the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Wagga Wagga Health Service Nursing and Midwifery Workforce. The Nurse Manager liaises with the Nursing Unit Managers/Nurse Managers and Midwifery Unit Managers to ensure the recruitment and allocation of nurses across the hospital supports safe and effective utilization of staffing through appropriate skill mix and is managed within ward established nursing budgets.
