Sous Chef / Full Time Chef – Will sponsor the right candidate currently living outside of Australia

We are looking for a strong chef for day and evening shifts, including weekends. Shifts are somewhat flexible.

The applicant should have at least 2 years experience and have worked in fast-paced environments.

You will be working at the increasingly popular Third Wave and it’s prep kitchen. Including Slow Smoking and Dry Ageing Meat.

This job is a mix of prep and service.
