The role: 

• Sous Chef to support the head chef in leading the kitchen
• Collaborate closely with the restaurant team & ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensuring that kitchen production and presentation is always excellent quality
• Produce fresh food offering as outlined in designed menu & have input on these menu’s

About you: 

• Qualified chef with 4+ years experience
• Keen eye for detail & creativity in creating food
• Experienced in a fast-paced kitchen
• An excellent communicator & able to collaborate effectivelyF
