About you:

Proven experience with strong knowledge of all facets of food production and superior food and culinary skills

Strong enthusiasm, passion and creativity

Enjoy working to high standards in a fast-paced environment

Highly organised with the ability to supervise and support the team in kitchen operations

Have a “can do attitude”

Have clear and effective communication skills

Ability to work autonomously or in a team

Minimum 8-10+ years’ experience working as a Chef

Culinary qualification desirable
