Quality Homes for Removal Pty Ltd is an Australian owned thriving small business that has been operating for over 20 years plus ,located in MInden ,Queensland (approximately half an hour from Ipswich,QLd) .If you are skilled in carpentry and looking for a change this maybe the role for you
Qualification and Experience
- Qualifications and/or at 2 years of work experience as a carpenter
- Valid driver’s license -Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines -Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a small team
Task and Responsibility
- Read and Interpret plans and drawings to determine materials required ,dimensions and installation procedures -Select timber/ materials and prepare layouts -Set up/erecting framework ,lay subflooring/floorboards,and verify trueness of structures -Nail fascia panels,sheath roofs,fit exterior wall cladding and door and window frames. -Assemble structures and fittings ready to install
- Construct concrete formwork if required -Repair existing fittings -Ensure work is completed accurately and according to plan
What we can Offer you
- Small company with a friendly culture -40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday work week -$60,000 to 70,000 per annum + superannuation (commensurate with experience) -Immediate start available
- Temporary visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.
