A hatted restaurant within the Sydney CBD is looking for a top-level Senior Sous Chef to join the team and assist in raising levels of excellence within the team and work alongside the world class Head Chef in pursuit of further accolades. Sponsorship or Sponsorship transfer is available.
The Job:
- High end fine dining restaurant in city location
- Working alongside and being trained by first class Head Chef
- Being responsible for maintaining smooth running of different sections of the Kitchen
- Ability to create culinary excellence in a busy work environment
You:
- An experienced fine dining Senior Sous chef that has worked in top end hatted venues
- A diligent and details focused character that works well in a busy environment
- Can take direction, manage a team and deliver quality standards consistently
- A drive to learn, train and exceed expectations within a rewarding and prestigious kitchen
