We wish to recruit a Chef de Partie to join this stunning hatted restaurant. This venue provides Sydneysiders and their guests an unprecedented dining experience. Consistently delivering quality in all aspects of food, wine, and service; the restaurant simply has an impeccable reputation.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will work in a close-knit team. Ideally we are after a Chef who is looking to invest in staying with this company for the long term. Seeing you advance within the kitchen brigade over time.
The Role
The successful candidate will be required to;
- Work hard and learn from a highly experienced Head Chef;
- Thrive in an environment of teamwork and idea sharing;
- Have mastery of at least one section of the kitchen;
- Be able to offer input about the menu;
- Grow within the position and climb the ranks of the kitchen.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate;
- Great personal presentation and hygiene;
- Enthusiasm for the industry;
- An ability to work well under pressure;
- Excellent communication skills;
- A willingness to improve their cooking on a daily basis.
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
Consideration will be made for visa sponsorship only on the condition that the candidate is currently in Australia and available for interview in Sydney, within the next two weeks.
