The company

My clients are valued aged care providers, who have evidently expanded over time and prioritise their quality of care. They are looking for new & experienced Registered Nurses to join their Gippsland facilities on a permanent full-time basis.

We have opportunities in Drouin, Paynesville & Lakes Entrance!

The role

As a Registered Nurse, you will have a can-do attitude and are hungry to make a difference. You will have a good sense of humour and maintain empathy. You will manage day-to-day tasks and be able to delegate your team to provide high quality clinical care to the residents.

Your duties:

  • Resident admissions and ongoing assessments
  • Maintain high levels of documentation skills, including ACFI assessments
  • Communicate effectively with staff and residents with care and confidentiality
  • Ensure staff are working safely under policies and procedures
  • Participate in performance appraisal processes

Skills and Experience:

  • Current AHPRA registration with no notations/restrictions
  • Personal understanding of Aged Care and the standards
  • Previous general administrative experience
  • Experience within Aged Care is desirable
  • Advanced computer & word processing skills

Location: Gippsland, VIC
