A leading provider in aged care and retirement living, this Not-For-Profit organisation has a broad range of aged care services across metro & regional areas of NSW.
Within residential care, they have over 15 homes in regional and metro areas across New South Wales and offer the highest standard of care, ensuring that residents are treated with dignity, respect and security offering a ‘’home away from home’’ environment.
The Opportunity
Your role will be to be to provide high care, low care and palliative care services to residents within a medium sized facility in Orange NSW
- Provide Patient Centred care for residents
- Supervise and manage the care team, ensuring staff meet high standards of care
- Develop, evaluate and review care plans
- Support your team by sharing your clinical knowledge, whilst mentoring staff members to enhance their skillset
- Ensure your choice and decision-making supports residents independence and quality of life

Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone with strong clinical skills and has the ability to promote holistic care whilst confidently leading a team of care workers.
It is essential you have:
- AHPRA Registration
- At least 12 months experience working in residential aged care
- Full working rights
It is desirable you have:
- Night shift experience
- Experience working as Registered Nurse in charge
