Registered Nurse – Critical Care
Location – NSW
Remuneration – Between $65,000 – 90,000 per annum plus superannuation
Fixed-Term Full Time – 6-24 month duration

We’re not an agency. Instead, we directly employ our nurses while they work in roles across a range of leading health services and hospitals.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We currently have a range of placements for critical nurses available in regional NSW communities, as part of our industry-leading Registered Nurse (RN) Sponsorship Program.
You will be employed by HealthX then seconded to work for one of our partners – a leading hospital or health service.
HealthX will support you the entire time you’re in your placement, through our Soft Landing program.

CRITERIA
Current AHPRA registration Critical Care experience required (minimum of 24 months at Registered Nurse RN level) Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate and prioritise work load Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team Experience providing clinical, patient centred-care A thirst for new adventures Experience or background in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Health would be well regarded but is not required

Note: These positions are not open to new or recent graduates and the successful candidates must have a minimum of 24 months experience in an acute setting (in Australia or a similar healthcare system).
