As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our elderly residents. If you are a skilled and experienced professional who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of older adults, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with best practices and relevant regulations.
• Assess and monitor residents’ health, develop care plans, and implement interventions to ensure their well-being.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to deliver holistic care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Foster a supportive and respectful environment for residents, families, and colleagues.
• Participate in training and professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in Aged Care nursing.
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
• Strong communication skills and empathy towards elderly residents.
