About the role:
This position is for an experienced quality assurance (QA) analyst to work as part of a team, testing customer facing and internal applications. With a focus on improving testing processes, the candidate will be working in a dynamic team identifying issues and analysing the root cause through a number of various testing methods.
Responsibilities:
-Using testing technologies -Collaboration with BA and engineers to develop strategies and plans -Improving software quality
Key Criteria:
-Prior experience in a QA Analyst role or testing role -Exposure to Agile environment and DevOps -Knowledge of functional, end-to-end, exploratory and regression testing
*Experience in accessibility and usability testing will be preferable but not essential
