The Opportunity
Dokotela is seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven and motivated care co-ordinator to support mental health clients as part of a collaborative team.

- $75,000 plus superannuation of 10.5%

Key responsibilities
The Case Manager role involves:
- Speaking with mental health clients to support them as they begin their treatment journey
- Diligently and accurately recording client data and interactions, as well as taking basic diagnostic tools
- Liaising with Psychiatrists, general practitioners, mental health care clinicians, nurse practitioners, Indigenous health care co-ordinators and other support services in the region to provide a collaborative team
- Facilitating appointments between Psychiatrists and the client;
- Assist the patient to implement their treatment plan by putting in place practical support, actioning referrals to other services and engaging with these services.

Skills and experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to form collaborative relationships with people from all walks of life
- Efficient time management with the ability to self-direct and work independently
- A genuine passion to make a difference to the lives of vulnerable clients
- Experience working with mental health clients or similar will be highly regarded. Clinical qualifications are not required

We are looking for the right cultural fit and will train the suitable candidate at our Bondi Junction Office and support them through flexible working arrangements.
