Qualifications & experience
- Minimum of Three years of pastry-making experience, including cakes, desserts, bread, etc.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food to the highest quality
- Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic work environment
- Menu Input & Design
- Ordering stock and maintain stock control and rotation
- Comply with all OH&S polices & procedures
- Prepare a variety of pastry products, including cakes, bread, desserts, etc., based on menus and customer requirements
- Control ingredient costs while ensuring high-quality products and flavors
- Responsible for storing, cleaning, and maintaining baking tools and equipment.
- Contribute to new product development and improvement of existing products.
