Il Toscano Pasta Bar is looking for a Chef de Partie who would like to be part of our team.
We would like to expand and we need a trustful and available person who can help us on this project.

We are looking for a minimum Certificate 3 chef or someone who has at least 3 full years experience in the kitchen and Italian food. Particularly behind the stove cooking pasta.

You will be trained for 1 week in order to learn our cooking system which includes the following tasks:
– Making fresh pasta with our machine.
– Cooking express pasta with our sauces for the customers. Dine in and take away.

– Making fresh sauces.

– Preparation entrees

We are looking for a well organized person who loves cooking and working in a clean environment.

Our ideal candidate would be with Italian cooking experience, close from work and willing to learn.

We offer you a full time job. Wednesday to Sunday. The works hours might change depending of the job. Normally it is from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm
