Pain Free Physiotherapy & Allied Health is recruiting Physiotherapists to join our multidisciplinary practice.

The Company We are an established practice since 2004 and are among the most well-known musculoskeletal practices in Brisbane southside.

We are a multidisciplinary practice with 12 allied health practitioners including Physiotherapists, Chiropractor, Podiatrist, Acupuncturist, Dietician, and Remedial Massage Therapist. There are good opportunities for cross-referrals. We are supported by an excellent administration team so you can focus on clinical work. We pride ourselves in ongoing mentoring/training and make sure our team members can achieve amazing results consistently. We also fund external courses for continuing education. We have friendly team culture and supportive learning environment. We are also a training facility for the University of Queensland, and our Principal holds academic title of lecturer at the same university.

The Role Our physiotherapist candidates provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises and health education to clients with musculoskeletal, occupational and sports injury conditions. • Develop strong assessment and treatment skills to achieve consistent results and client satisfaction. • Become autonomous in problem-solving and client care, while building up clientele and reputation. • Meet with clinical director/supervisor for upskilling in clinical and communication skills. • Build relationship with potential referers such as health professionals, NDIS agents, lawyers, and gyms…etc.

The Training Our outstanding training is normally sold for $8000 to outsiders and we will provide the same training to our physiotherapist for free. This can be delivered in the form of combined online and in-person training. We also have substantial budget for external courses for continuing education every year which our physiotherapists can apply on as-needed basis.

The Benefit Remuneration is base wage plus bonus, or other form negotiable. Many of our physios are earning more than the average wages in the industry. New Graduates are welcome to apply. Total package $70,000~$120,000 plus superannuation. If you aspire to become a partner, we can provide capital and resources.

Visa Sponsorship : We can provide employer sponsorship for overseas physiotherapists if required.

Job Requirements Successful applicant must have/be: • Accredited Physiotherapist with AHPRA registration • Professional indemnity and liability insurance • Experience and/or willingness to build networks and referral bases • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently • Passionate, caring and kind-hearted with clients
