Pain Free Physiotherapy & Allied Health is currently seeking Chiropractors/Osteopaths to join our multidisciplinary practice.

The Company: Established in 2004, Pain Free Physiotherapy & Allied Health is a renowned musculoskeletal practice located in Brisbane southside. We boast a team of 12 allied health practitioners, including Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Podiatrists, Acupuncturists, Dieticians, and Remedial Massage Therapists. Our practice offers excellent cross-referral opportunities and is supported by an exceptional administration team, allowing you to focus on clinical work. We are committed to ongoing mentoring and training, ensuring our team members consistently achieve outstanding results. Additionally, we offer financial support for external courses to facilitate continuous education. With a friendly team culture and a supportive learning environment, we also serve as a training facility for the University of Queensland, where our Principal holds an academic title of lecturer.

The Role: As a Chiropractor/Osteopath at our practice, you will provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and health education to clients with musculoskeletal, occupational, and sports injury conditions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing strong assessment and treatment skills to consistently deliver exceptional results and ensure client satisfaction.
• Autonomously solving problems and providing client care while establishing and expanding your clientele and reputation.
• Participating in regular meetings with the clinical director/supervisor for upskilling in clinical and communication skills.
• Establishing relationships with potential referrers such as healthcare professionals, NDIS agents, lawyers, gyms, etc.

The Training: Our practice offers outstanding training, which is typically valued at $8000 for external candidates. However, we provide this training at no cost to our candidates. It includes a combination of online and in-person sessions. Additionally, we allocate a substantial budget for external courses each year to support ongoing education and professional development.

The Benefits: Remuneration for this position includes a base wage plus negotiable bonuses or other forms of compensation. Many of our physiotherapists earn above-average wages in the industry. We welcome applications from new graduates. The total package ranges from $70,000 to $200,000 per annum, plus superannuation. We are also open to a contractor/commission model if preferred.
