We seek a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Executive to join our team. The Manufacturing Executive will play a key role in overseeing the mechanical aspect of production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. This position requires strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Required Experience:

  • Strong Manufacturing background, preferable FMCG
  • Strong process improvement experience
  • Strong Mechanical background, preventative and breakdown
  • Project management, E.g. installation of machinery
  • Reviewing current maintenance programs and suggesting improvements
  • Driving improvements of safety, quality and productivity
  • Reducing down time and wastage
  • Mechanical certificate or degree

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the manufacturing process to meet production targets and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize production costs.
  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Engineering, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety within the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to effectively manage and develop teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.
