About the Role;
• Establish and maintain, sustain and grow Titan’s presence within the IT & Telecommunications space. • Develop and execute a business plan to grow and establish the Technology business within our current client base as well as new market segments and new clients aligned to the markets in which Titan operates. • You will be given a budget (subject to achieving performance metrics) to support and grow your team. • Ensuring the delivery of quality recruitment services to client and candidates is effective, efficient, and proactive and that individuals in the team develop their skills and ability ensuring they meet their activity and financial targets.
There are three main functions of this position, each typically consuming equal amounts of time;
- Team Management & Leadership • Lead a positive, self-driven culture and work environment. • Drive proactive and consistent consultant activity in line with a 360-consultant model • Drive quality and compliance work practices that exist within an office with a large contractor workforce • Create and implement market development strategies for both clients (new and historic) and candidates. • Support the company ethos for high CRM usage and Data Integrity • Foster a culture of learning and self-improvement in the Team through on the job mentoring in the art of recruitment and encouraging self-development • Identifying individual training requirements and assisting the consultants to utilise training in the workplace • Ensure roadblocks are removed within the business to allow consultants to work effectively and efficiently • Work with GM to maintain pipeline of new consultants to allow for growth
2.Account Management & Business Development • Oversee and deliver a strategy for major accounts ensuring positive relationships, quality service and contractual compliance • Manage client relationships to achieve positive outcomes, account retention and growth • Prioritise Clients and Jobs with consultants to ensure vacancies are serviced effectively with resources available • Take the lead with clients across the team to ensure good commercial outcomes • Win new business for the broader resources & energy team through proactive networking and market development.
- Personal Performance • Build and develop a profitable personal desk whereas the Manager you will still actively source and make placements. The personal target though is set in consultation with you and to recognise both the size of your incumbent team but also the account management and BD we expect this role to perform • Create and develop client relationship to achieve commercial outcomes • Ensure high CRM usage and Data Integrity
