Moranbah Early Learning Centre is a not-for-profit, community owned and operated Early Childhood Education and Care service catering for children from birth to six years. We have used our combined personal and professional experience in the sector to design a service which offers spaces for children, families, and educators to develop trusting relationships and foster a sense of community. What you can expect?
? Stunning indoor and outdoor environments and natural resources to help you deliver and embed beautiful practice, education, and care for each child’s unique learning journey.
? A salary $60,000-$80,000 per annum (we pay 10% above award) dependent on experience and qualification

Our ideal candidate will meet the following selection criteria:
? Be inclusive of others and bring a positive attitude every day
? Ability and motivation to build positive relationships with early childhood professionals, families, children, and wider community
? Be open to our unique way for programming and practice
? Be ready to implement contemporary evidence-informed pedagogy
? Be relentless in their pursuit for excellence for children
? Passionate and dedicated professional who enjoys educational programs for young children designed for early childhood education and care
Essential Criteria
? An ACECQA approved minimum Certificate III, or Diploma of Children’s Services or working towards
? Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates
? 3 years working as a room Leader / Lead Educator
? Valid Working with Children’s Check
? Passion for children and early childhood education
? Be available to work Monday to Friday up to 38 hours per week
? Be flexible to work all shifts the centre is open
