About the job Looking for a Tree ???? Change?
We are seeking to fill two* Roles to join our well-established business.
Both full-time positions:
1. Quoting & Consulting Arborist
2. Lead Climbing Arborist
*(2 roles combined, or 2 full-time positions for Quoting/Consulting Arborist and Climbing Arborist)
???? $95,000-$120,000 AUD + Super + Vehicle
Total Tree Care Australia is a high-quality Arboricultural service company established for over 27 years, located in the Bayside, South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne and we are offering a generous remuneration package for the right candidate.
Quoting/Consulting Position:
*Sales knowledge, presentation, and excellent communication skills are key strengths we are seeking
*This great job opportunity and would suit any experienced climber looking to move into a quoting and consulting role.
Climbing Arborist Position:
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Min Cert. 3 Arborist qualification
- If you hold a Cert. 5 qualifications we offer the opportunity to expand our Consulting & Report writing services, with the view of a future “profit share opportunity.”
- Well presented, good communicator, and articulate in drafting and presenting quotes.
- Have an accurate understanding of Tree Pruning to Australian Standards and be able to put these theories into practice.
Our Company service our vast range of clients including private residential and commercial properties; plus municipal parks and reserves, large insurance agents, public and private schools, estate agents, and property & body corporation management companies.
- We offer training opportunities & future staff development is part of Total Tree Care’s employment packages.
- Competitive salary rates offered relative to experience & enthusiasm.
- Total Tree Care Australia are approved Sponsors for 482 Visa applicants.
- Hours of operation 7am-4pm; Monday to Friday.
You must be reliable & have a passion for the industry!

Preferred Skills Key Requirements:
*Min Cert. 3 Arborist qualification; Cert. 5 qualifications will offer the opportunity to expand our Consulting & Report writing services.
*Min 3 years experience using chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinding is an advantage
*Knowledge of Arboriculture Theory and Practice
*MR licence (advantage)
*EWP Ticket
*White Card
*Working with Children clearance & current Police Check
*First Aid Certificate (preferred, but not essential)
*Chainsaw Operation Competency (Cert 2)
*Ability to work within a team
