Refrigeration Services (VIC) Pty. Ltd. is a rapidly growing
and leading commercial and industrial refrigeration contractor based in
Sunshine West (Melbourne). We offer in house engineering, installation,
maintenance, after hour’s emergency break down services and training.

For thirty years we have been designing, installing and
servicing refrigeration plants for iconic Australian companies within the cold
storage, food processing and the horticultural and agricultural industries.

Refrigeration Services (VIC) Pty Ltd is now seeking a highly
experienced Industrial Refrigeration Mechanical Engineer to join our national
engineering team to assist and maintain our position as an innovative industry
leader which provides design concepts to the forefront of industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’
experience in the industrial refrigeration industry, possess a mechanical
engineering qualification, experience with Ammonia refrigeration engineering is
mandatory (C02 experience is highly advantageous) and have proven project
management and leadership experience. An attractive negotiable remuneration
package is available for the right candidate.

engineering qualification, experience with Ammonia refrigeration engineering is

The Industrial Refrigeration Mechanical Engineer will report
to the Director, some of the daily duties and responsibilities will include the
following:

• ·Design refrigeration systems – according to
  specification of manufacture, determining materials, equipment’s, piping,
  material flows, capacities, layout or plant and systems and labour projections
• ·Interpret all technical, commercial, contractual
  and fabrication requirements
• ·Designs and quotations to support the Service
  & Project teams for new installations and modifications
• ·Project management from concept to completion
• ·Prepare Tender Submissions
• ·Contract negotiations
• ·Supplier procurement
• ·Develop and monitor project budgets
• ·Estimate labour utilisation and progress
  analysis and reporting
• ·Provide for Quality Control against all
  legislative requirements not limited to state and national standards and codes
  associated with design, installation and OHS
• ·Establish standards and polices for
  installations and maintenance programs
• ·Develop and deliver sales presentations
• ·Monthly financial reporting
• ·Support training and development

For this position it is expected that you would possess the
following qualifications/work experience: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical
Engineering or equivalent

• ·Drivers Licence
• ·White Card
• ·Experience in the following areas is highly
  desirable:
• ·Minimum 3 years’ experience in Industrial
  Refrigeration
• ·Minimum 3 years’ experience in Ammonia
  Refrigeration CO2 Refrigeration highly desirable
