Position: Head Chef

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Oversee all culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Collaborate with management on inventory management, cost control, and kitchen efficiency.
• Maintain a strong focus on food safety and sanitation, adhering to all regulations.
• Train, mentor, and elevate the skills of kitchen staff, nurturing their culinary growth.
• Showcase strong leadership during service hours, maintaining an organised and efficient kitchen.
• Develop and implement team training and development programs to enhance the culinary skills of the staff.
