Learn more about our low cost membership options by Clicking HereWoods & Co have partnered with this award winning establishment, who are on the hunt for a passionate, strong and motivated Executive Chef to oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and lead a team of talented chefs, producing fresh farm to plate style cooking across multiple restaurants within the establishment.
You are a person who lives and breathes the hospitality industry and is well versed in managing a kitchen team of 15+ Staff. You will be present in the local community, be media available, the ultimate peoples person and storyteller and happy to assist us creating social and video content to propel our food concepts far and wide.

What do you do?
- Passion for delivering quality farm-to-table food with a locally sourced approach with a focus on sustainability and self-sufficiency.
- A strong sense of motivation and passion to drive the team to success.
- Strategic leadership skills with the ability to liaise with multiple departments across the hotel.
- A drive for supporting the company values and developing a culture in the kitchen department.
- Incredibly strong, positive communication in your department and across the hotel & an attitude that every guest matters and every request is listened to.
- Time management skills, prioritisation and scheduling is key;
- Oversight across multiple departments including the functions;
