Tasks & responsibilities

• Experience in running sections in high paced kitchens at the highest standard.
• Standardize the portion of the dish according to the weight and cost.
• Monitoring quality of dishes, including preparation and presentation.
• Compliance with the hygiene practices of the organization. Keeping proper record of the inventory.
• Maintaining the equipment’s and work area to neat and clean to ensure the kitchen is maintained at specific level of hygiene
• Organize timely staff member meetings.
• Reporting management about any incident occurred that can cause a safety issue at workplace.
• Smooth delivery of prepared food to the customers according to their orders
• Maintaining high cooking standards and memorizing the specifications of all the popular menu items.
• Good Communication Skills.

Salary Package within the range of $70,000.00 – $80,000.00.
