Stonewater Bar & Restaurant (Italian / Indian ) is looking for passionate chefs to join us on this new chapter.

We are looking for an energetic and leadership driven Italian / Indian  Chef de Partie or a Cook  with a upmarket to fine dining restaurant experience and passion.

Who you are:

  • Passionate about creating delicious, innovative, and memorable plates that delight our guests
  • Calm under pressure, and experienced maintaining high standards when under the pump
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with exceptional presentation and plating skills
  • Ambitious and keen to step up and make this role (and the menu) your own
  • Have 5 years’ experience working in high-end kitchens, with the relevant formal qualifications

The role: 

  • Effectively and efficiently run our busy kitchen in-line with our (very high) standards
  • Design, develop and implement innovative, memorable menu idea

Sponsorship

  • sponsorship available for the right candidate

Annual Package : 60,000 to 70,000
