Il Vento is a vibrant Italian restaurant located in the heart of the buzzing dining precinct at the wharf of Mooloolaba.
Currently, we are looking for a chef to join our team. The right candidate needs to be motivated and passionate and preferably has a minimum 2 years experience of working in fast paced kitchens.
Menu creation, food handling & safety, along with previous knowledge of Italian cuisine is highly advantageous, and the ability to hand-stretch pizza and operate with wood fired oven is beneficial.
We are looking for someone with a willingness to learn and to help lead our team; multitasking & strong communication skills in English needed.
Valid visa and full working rights required for this position. Salary $70,000 plus super.
Regional area, possibility for sponsorship for the right candidate.
