Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- Minimum Cert IV Commercial Cookery or 3 years experience
- Passion for and knowledge of the restaurant industry
- Excellent organisational skills and strong work ethic
- Good food knowledge and a desire to learn and progress
- Enthusiasm, awareness and great team work
