Qualifications & experience
- This role suits either a candidate with certificate 3 in cookery or someone studying it.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience post qualification is preferable but not essential if work references are at a high level
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assisting the head chef in the daily operation of the kitchen
- Ordering and preparing food in your allocated section
- Maintaining kitchen organization and cleanliness
