Jensen’s Chef de Partie
Jensens is a fast paced restaurant in the Sutherland Shire who are on the hunt for chefs to join our busy, creative and enthusiastic team of chefs.
Chef de Partie to be able to run, prep and control their own section. Includes Fryer work, pan work, hot entrees.
We are also on the hunt for a gun pastry chef who love desserts, has the art of plating and has experience in a busy pastry section
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in our architecturally designed restaurant in Kareela.
The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, self motivated and have a passion for delivering fine quality meals in a very busy kitchen environment.

- Fast paced restaurant suitable for a quick energetic chef
- Detailed and in depth knowledge of food and produce
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
- Available to work nights and weekends
- Willingness and ability to learn from highly skilled chefs
- A passion for food and the hospitality industry
- An interest in the industry in particular dining at similar restaurants
- Be customer focused with the capacity to multi task
