Responsibilities:

– Maintain inventory levels and control costs to meet budgetary requirements

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in a high-volume, fine dining establishment
– Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
– Strong leadership and organisational skills
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications
