A career in our Financial Operations practice, within Finance Consulting services, will provide the opportunity to work alongside CEOs, CFOs, controllers and treasurers to optimise the structure of their finance functions and improve their contribution to the business. We support our clients by addressing the challenges of achieving appropriate standards of control, efficient back office opportunities and support to the business through insight and challenge.
Our team helps clients transform their finance function by executing strategies to reduce functional and operational complexity through streamlined processes, optimise d use of technology, and efficient use of resources to deliver cost effective, high quality services to all stakeholders.

What will you create?
Trust and Risk bring this to life by helping clients to protect and strengthen every aspect of their business; from people to performance, systems to strategy and business plans to business resilience.
As a Senior Associate in our CFO Advisory team your impact will be seen by:
- Supporting our clients get ready for transactions, or listing their business in local or foreign jurisdictions
- Designing and implementing robust financial controls, whether that be part of an ERP implementation, or in response to recent wage theft allegations, to prevent such issues from recurring
- Assisting clients to optimise their finance functions through digital transformation and management reporting modernisation
- Bringing the latest technology and data visualisation tools to the table, to enable effective decision making
- Analysing root causes of business problems (including in response to recently reported wage underpayments), and identifying recommended solutions to enhance process and controls.
- Providing pragmatic advice and support to clients on their journey towards an enhanced internal control environment
About you
You have a background in governance, risk and controls as well as a solid understanding of general finance and accounting . You have an inquisitive mind and seek to understand the commercial issues facing businesses and want to influence client conversations.
