Our client is an established full service property maintenance specialist working with Adelaide businesses for more than 30 years. Their core focus is property maintenance, commercial fit-outs and construction management and they are looking for carpenters help grow their business.

The Role would include not be limited to the following:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp requirements
• Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
• Cut, fabricate, and install wooden and other structures according to specifications
• Build window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items
• Lay out floorings, roofing, or drywalls ensuring they are levelled, and compatible
• Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves, and other items and install them where designated
• Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance

Your Skills and Experience would include

• AQF certificate III or equivalent or 3 years relevant experience
• Dexterity and an eye for detail
• Good knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials
• Ability to follow all health and safety standards is essential

Your Remuneration

Salary range $60,000 – $70,000 + superannuation.
