Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager assumes the responsibility for management of the operations of the restaurant, overseeing the team, rostering, financials and the execution of all policies, procedures, programs and systems, whilst driving culture and upholding the fun and upbeat team atmosphere. This is a guest facing hands on role working in service on shift to oversee the smooth and efficient running of service across the café for dining, events and functions, along with developing relationships with corporate and local clientele as the face of the business and reporting directly to the Group Operation Manager.

Key skills we’re looking for

Relevant experience 1-2 years managing teams in a similar profile operation Barista and Bar Knowledge Show initiative and drive to constantly improve the business, yourself, and the team Recruit new staffs, and provide training to new and existing staffs. Make & Approve rosters with an eye of payroll budget Stock orders for FOH and organizing any repairs if necessary Be reliable with high level of commitment, and be able to work on all weekends and any other days when you have to step in
