Duties include:
Develop and plan menus and daily specials
Manage food costing and inventory
Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance
Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations
Lead, mentor, and manage culinary team
Requirements: At least a relevant Diploma qualification plus two years of full-time post-qualification experience in the relevant position; OR at least 3 years of experience as a Chef.
